The New York Flora Association welcomes you
All interested persons are invited to join the New York Flora Association, an organization dedicated to the promotion of field botany and greater understanding of the plants that grow in the wild in New York State. Ours is a non-profit group administered by the New York State Museum Institute. It is funded largely by dues, but may also accept gifts and grants.

The New York Flora Association (NYFA) welcomes members and non-members to our 2012 annual meeting.

The NYFA 2012 annual meeting will be held on Tuesday April 17th from 12:30-1:30 at the Northeast Natural History Conference (NENHC). For details about the NENHC visit their website.

At the annual meeting, Professor Donald Leopold will give a talk entitled "Native Plant Species and Natural Communities as Templates for Restoring Degraded Landscapes and Creating Sustainable, Green Systems".
